Shipping policy

We ship all packages via Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post). For larger orders, additional shipping costs may apply. If so, you will receive an amended invoice, which must be paid within 48 hours to avoid order cancellation and a full refund. Please contact us in advance for inquiries regarding bulk or larger orders.

If you have already reached out to the carrier and are unable to resolve the issue, you may email us, and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Estimates & Processing

  • Please allow 2-4 days for warehouse processing before your order is shipped.
  • Standard shipping delivery times are estimated between 7-14 days.
  • For estimated delivery times, please visit the Australia Post's website
  • Express Post does not expedite order processing; it only affects the shipping speed once dispatched.

Wholesale Orders

Flat-rate shipping and free shipping do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale shipping rates are determined based on the items and destination, and a custom quote will be provided.

Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off

We offer local pick-up in Charters Towers and Townsville by arrangement.

Local drop-off may also be available when possible. Please contact us to check availability.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-10 business days. While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, this timeframe accounts for peak periods.

If you need a rush order, please inquire before purchasing. During busier seasons, we will notify you of any expected shipping delays.
